I've Never Written About It: Moments of Not Knowing

I have to start this post by saying I have spent so much of today fighting with people on Threads (Instagram’s version of Twitter) and it’s such a stupid use of my time.
It’s more immersive than a video game. At least, that’s my understanding of how video games are. I have tried many times to be a video game person but outside of Centipede and Pole Position in an arcade and Nintendo Classic when I was a teen, I just can’t lose myself in them.
But Threads? Time passes and I get sucked in and then I emerge, full of rage and with a huge sense of injustice. It’s so dumb.
I am Hamlet in this line from Hamlet: “O cursed spite!/That ever I was born to set it right!” I wonder if it was e’er? Since they liked to leave out the vs on occasion? I’m going to look it up.
Seems it was “ever.” Now I’ll be able to sleep tonight.
Anyway, this fighting with ding dongs and doodads and dipthongs and dipshits and absolute assholes made me six minutes late for volunteering at my kid’s school and by six I mean seven.
