My Dinner with Adam Carolla

"Over the intercom he told me to pull into the driveway and park up ahead."

Shortly after I had dinner with Lynette, she suggested I come over and see the house and have dinner with Adam.

Adam and Lynette had a beautiful Spanish style house above the hills overlooking Lake Hollywood. (I did not know there was a Lake Hollywood by the way, but there is.) In my time on the show I was at this house a handful of times and then I also visited their La Cañada house a few times too.

I’m having trouble remembering if my dinner with Adam was the first or second time I had been to this house. There was also a party held at the house in this timeframe. I was given a tour of the house at both, and I don’t remember thinking, “I have already seen this” when Adam gave me the tour, so I’m going to say dinner at his house was the first time I went there.

(Not really important, but I do strive for accuracy!)

I pulled up to the big solid gate that walled off the pinkish house and rang the keypad. This meeting had been completely brokered by Lynette and so a part of me wondered whether Adam even knew I was coming over.
